About the Conference:
Department of Commerce has been conducting the National Conference on Tax Reform in India. In Recent Era there have been major Changes in the Tax System in several countries over the last two decades for variety of reasons. The objective of this conference to analyze and evolution of the Tax system in India, since the early year. This Conference Describes and assesses the introduction of new forms of Direct & Indirect taxes. Their revenue and equity implication and the success achieved in their implementation. GST is the biggest tax reform in India founded on the notion of “One Nation One Market One Tax”.
